Please join us at an upcoming “FLOC 101” session!

During this informal, one-hour meeting, you will have the opportunity to meet FLOC staff, view programs in action, and hear how FLOC’s programs prepare students for high school graduation and success in college and beyond.

When:
When the time is right for you!  Our programs operate Monday through Thursday in the afternoon and early evening.  Contact Ellie Haga (ehaga@floc.org - 202-349-3500) and schedule a time to see our programs in action and learn more about FLOC.  Bring a friend along and help share FLOC's message into new communities of support.

Where:
For Love of Children
1763 Columbia Road, NW
Washington, DC 20009

Directions:
FLOC is located just east of the intersection of 18th Street and Columbia Road, NW, in the Adams Morgan neighborhood.  Street parking can be limited; we suggest taking Metro.

From the Metro Green Line (10 minute walk): Columbia Heights stop, exit onto 14th Street, walk south, and turn right onto Columbia Road. Cross 15th, 16th, and 17th streets, and FLOC will be on the right just past the Safeway store.

From the Metro Red Line (10 minute walk): Woodley Park stop, exit onto Connecticut Avenue, walk south, turn left on Calvert Street, and cross the Duke Ellington Bridge.  At Adams Mill Road, Calvert Street turns sharply to the right and becomes 18th Street, NW.  Turn left on Columbia Road and FLOC will be on the left just before the Safeway store.

“FLOC 101” on the Road: If you are interested in hosting a “FLOC 101” session, we can bring it to your office, home, or favorite hangout.  Just let us know!

Refer Students to FLOC: We need your help identifying students who could benefit from FLOC’s services.  Any school or community-based organization can refer students.  Click here to get started.
